Local Store Marketer: Grow Community & Guest Loyalty

Texas Roadhouse in El Cajon is seeking a legendary Local Store Marketer (LSM) to help build sales locally by fostering community relationships and increasing guest loyalty. Pay ranges from $18.50 to $21.00 per hour, with weekly pay and a strong rewards package after eligibility. The LSM will assist the Managing Partner and management team with developing and implementing local marketing programs, promoting in-house campaigns, and establishing partnerships with nearby businesses and civic groups #J-18808-Ljbffr Texas Roadhouse
