Sr Database Administrator

Cox Automotive is seeking a Sr Database Administrator to design, implement, and support large-scale database environments powering our global automotive platforms. In this role, you will manage SQL Server and cloud database solutions, optimize performance, ensure high availability, and maintain data security and compliance. You will lead backup and recovery strategies, troubleshoot complex production issues, and partner with application and DevOps teams to improve reliability and scalability. You’ll mentor junior DBAs, contribute to automation and monitoring initiatives, and help drive innovation in a collaborative, people-first culture.
