Head of People Ops — Build & Scale Performance & Policy

Office Hours is hiring a Director of People Operations to build and run the people function. You will own performance, employee relations, benefits, policy, and HR systems, while leading the Talent & Recruiting team to shape how people join and grow at Office Hours. You will design the performance cycle, write company policy, and drive programs from scratch, including benefits administration and administrative HR duties.
