NDT Penetrant Inspector

Position Overview Position : NDT Penetrant Inspector | Direct Hire Location : Poway, CA Pay Rate : $26.00 – $32.00 per hour (depending on experience) Schedule : Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM or 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM Key Responsibilities Perform liquid penetrant (PT) and visual weld inspections on aerospace components Evaluate and interpret fusion weld quality to meet customer and industry standards Process parts in compliance with internal procedures, customer specifications, and industry requirements Execute both Level I and Level II NDT responsibilities Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints Support NDT team operations and continuous quality improvement initiatives Qualifications 2 years of NDT penetrant Level II experience with ASNT Level I and II courses Certification aligned with NAS 410 requirements Completion of ASNT Level I and II training with documented hours Experience with stainless steel, titanium, and aluminum materials Knowledge of NDT methods, limitations, and inspection techniques Familiarity with NADCAP audits preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards Excellent communication and teamwork skills Benefits Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Paid time off and professional development opportunities Work on cutting‑edge aerospace and defense projects Equal Opportunity Employer Staffmark is an equal opportunity employer.
