The Town of Bridgton is seeking a dynamic and motivated Deputy Community Development Director to join our team. As the Deputy Community Development Director, you will assist the Community Development Director in managing the department’s operations, programs, and initiatives. This position will support strategic planning, project management, and community engagement efforts to foster sustainable development and improve community services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a collaborative approach, and a deep understanding of planning and community development principles. The Deputy Community Development Director provides comprehensive administrative support to the Community Development Director. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of the Community Development Department through effective communication, scheduling, and coordination of administrative functions. Salary Range: $24.00-$27.00 depending on experience.
