For over 30 years, Sun Loan Company has proudly served more than 200 communities across seven states and seven locations in Mexico. We are looking for a motivated, resilient, and people-focused Branch Manager ready to lead a team, grow business, and deliver outstanding customer service.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment and enjoys coaching others, building customer relationships, and driving results.

Responsibilities

Lead daily branch operations and drive performance goals
Train, coach, and develop Loan Specialists
Build strong customer relationships and resolve issues professionally
Support loan processing, collections, and compliance procedures
Grow the branch through community networking and local business relationships
Create a positive, team-focused culture centered on growth and success

Qualifications

Management experience in lending, banking, collections, retail, or customer service preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Sales and goal-oriented mindset
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required

Schedule

Monday-Friday with rotating Saturdays as needed. Closed Sundays.
