Analyst, FP&A

Job Overview This role sits within the global FP&A team and supports the Products division through data analysis and reporting. The Analyst will work closely with Sales, Product Management, and other cross‑functional teams to provide insights that support business decision-making. The role offers hands‑on exposure to financial reporting, business analytics, and global operations. Key Responsibilities Support the preparation and maintenance of standard reports related to sales performance, P&L analytics, and key business metrics. Assist in monthly sales commission calculations and reporting. Help gather, validate, and organize data from various internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness. Provide basic analysis on sales trends, product performance, and operational KPIs. Support ad‑hoc analysis and reporting requests from Sales and Product Management teams. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Finance, Sales, Product, etc.) to understand reporting needs. Assist in improving reporting processes, templates, and data accuracy over time. Participate in training and learning sessions to build financial and analytical capabilities. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned. Key Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Basic analytical and problem‑solving skills. Good communication skills, with the ability to explain data clearly. Organized and able to manage multiple tasks with guidance. Positive attitude and openness to feedback. Comfortable working with data and numbers. Beginner to intermediate Excel skills (e.g., formulas, pivot tables). Curiosity and interest in business, finance, and data analytics. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field required. Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience (internships, co‑ops, or academic projects are acceptable). Prior exposure to financial analysis, reporting, or data analytics is a plus but not required. Languages: English required; Spanish is a plus but not required. Physical and Environmental Conditions Work Environment: Office‑based or hybrid work environment; collaborative, team‑oriented setting with exposure to global stakeholders. Lifting Requirements: Minimal; may occasionally lift up to 10 lbs (e.g., laptop or documents).
