Tremendous opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Specialist to join this established and growing manufacturer in the Berlin/Millersport area!

The Continuous Improvement Specialist will support manufacturing operations and drive process improvements, reduce waste, enhance efficiency, quality and safety and similar duties in a GMP pharma packaging environment.

Pay rate will be $24.35/hr. $2/hr. shift differential for all hours outside of 7am-3pm! Schedule is 3rd - 11p-7a M-F.

To be successful in this role the Continuous Improvement Specialist will have:

• 1+ yrs experience in a GMP manufacturing environment
• HS Degree or equivalent required; Associate in manufacturing, Industrial Tech, Engineering Tech or similar a plus
• Understanding of Performance Metrics in relation to manufacturing (scrap, downtime, yield, etc.)
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing (Kaizen, 6S, or similar)
• Proficient in MSOffice
• Experience reading technical documentation such as Batch records, SOPS and similar
• Basic Math skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
