Shift: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• Travel only, local not allowed. Candidates must live >50 miles from facility to be submitted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

• 12 months gap required between for Part-Time at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast and no current placement allowed at Program: Simplifi Program - Advocate Health Southeast.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience:

• Cath Lab experience

• Must have peripheral angiogram/run-off experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Prefer experience with endografts, EVARs, TEVARS, etc. If no experience with those, Must be willing to be taught here.

• Highly prefer experience in IR or in a lab working with vascular surgeons

Required Credentials: Technical Degree

Unit/Facility Details: Free Parking

Shift & Scheduling:

• Weekend Rotation: 2 weekends a month; 1-2 call nights a week

• On Call, Call Back Requirements: Two weekends every month and two weekdays of call – discussed during interview

• Holiday Requirements: One holiday per contract, if applicable.

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months

Proof of identification required

Certifications:

• BLS (Basic Life Support)

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• RCIS (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist) or the alternative certification (R) (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT))
