Rhythms Home Care is looking for a compassionate and organized Registered Nurse to lead the clinical operations of our home care agency.

You do not need to be a current Director of Nursing to be considered. This opportunity may be a great fit for an experienced RN, Nurse Manager, Clinical Supervisor, or Assistant Director of Nursing who is ready to take the next step into a leadership role. We provide mentorship and support as you grow.

An active Colorado RN license in good standing is required for this position.

What You'll Do

• Oversee clinical assessments, care plans, and skilled nursing services
• Ensure clients receive safe, personalized, and high-quality care
• Partner with clients, families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals
• Hire, train, support, and supervise CNAs, PCAs, and other direct care staff
• Provide clinical guidance and education to the care team
• Help coordinate staffing and address changes in client needs
• Maintain compliance with Colorado home care regulations
• Support quality improvement and agency growth
• Create a positive culture where employees feel supported and valued

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

Required

• Active Colorado Registered Nurse license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Valid Colorado driver's license in good standing
• Clinical nursing experience
• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills
• Ability to lead, coach, and support direct care employees
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

Preferred

• Three or more years of experience in senior care, home care, home health, or a related setting
• Previous experience as a clinical supervisor, nurse manager, ADON, DON, or team lead
• Experience with staffing or scheduling
• Knowledge of home care regulations
• Home Care Administrator certification
