Join a skilled electrical assembly team as an Electrical Assembler and Panel Builder, where you will tap, wire, and assemble control panels according to customer-specific blueprints and schematics. You will ensure each panel meets precise quality standards, follows detailed wiring requirements, and complies with established build specifications across multiple panel build levels.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, tap, and wire electrical control panels from customer blueprints and schematics.
• Read and interpret drawings to determine component placement and wiring routes.
• Verify panel builds meet blueprint specifications and quality standards.
• Perform point-to-point wiring and ensure correct component installation.
• Conduct wire torque testing to confirm secure electrical connections.
• Follow wire lists, build instructions, and established assembly processes.
• Safely use hand and power tools during panel construction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Troubleshoot build issues and collaborate with team members to improve quality.

Skill Recommendations

• Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and wire lists.
• Experience building, assembling, and wiring electrical control panels.
• Proficient in point-to-point wiring and cable assembly.
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and torque tools.
• Basic knowledge of electrical components and proper panel layout.
• Willingness to learn and advance within panel building and electrical assembly roles.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $34.00/hr.
