What You'll Do As our Warehouse Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of warehouse operations while leading a team dedicated to safety, accuracy, and efficiency. You'll partner with purchasing, logistics, and store leadership to ensure inventory flows seamlessly throughout our organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Warehouse Operations Lead all daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, order fulfillment, and shipping. Ensure products are accurately received, stored, picked, and dispatched in a timely manner. Develop and improve warehouse processes that increase productivity and operational efficiency. Leadership & Team Development Recruit, train, coach, and develop warehouse employees. Schedule staff to meet operational demands while maximizing productivity. Foster a positive, accountable, and safety-focused team environment. Inventory Management Maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and inventory controls. Minimize shortages, overstock, and inventory discrepancies. Collaborate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure product availability across all locations. Safety & Compliance Promote and enforce all company safety policies and OSHA standards. Ensure warehouse equipment is properly maintained and employees are trained on safe operating procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Operational Excellence Monitor warehouse performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and reporting tools to improve efficiency and inventory accuracy. Oversee warehouse equipment, facility maintenance, and operational readiness. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with store operations, purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure exceptional internal and external customer service. Assist in planning inventory needs and supporting company growth initiatives. Help develop scalable warehouse processes that support an expanding organization. Requirements What We're Looking For 3+ years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics management experience Previous experience leading and developing warehouse teams Strong understanding of inventory control, warehouse operations, and logistics Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities Commitment to safety, accuracy, and operational excellence Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience) Why Gills Point S?
