Role Responsibilities:

• Provide ongoing, inclusive care for individuals and families across their life spans—serving pediatric to geriatric populations.
• Manage a variety of health issues including chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and mental health concerns with a patient-first approach.
• Administer physical assessments, analyze diagnostic results, and devise tailored treatment plans.
• Foster partnerships with care coordinators, behavioral health professionals, and specialists for holistic healthcare delivery.

• Utilize electronic medical records to maintain precise and current patient information.

Education Requirements:

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency program.

Certifications:

• Board Certified in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently possess) an active Virginia medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.

Skills and Experience:
