You will use your lived experience to promote hope, resilience, and empowerment, helping clients build wellness plans and pursue housing, employment, and education goals. You will work as part of interdisciplinary teams, facilitate peer-led groups, and advocate for clients while maintaining strict confidentiality and accurate #J-18808-Ljbffr
