Role Overview:

As a Charge Nurse, you will provide guidance and leadership to nursing assistants, deliver hands-on care, and manage medication administration for our residents. We are seeking someone with strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a compassionate, caring nature.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise clinical staff to ensure high-quality care.
Conduct thorough clinical assessments.
Collaborate with physician services for optimal resident care.
Administer medications accurately and safely.

Qualifications:

RN or LPN License with the State
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Compassionate, accountable, flexible, and with a positive attitude
