In this role, you will provide support and guidance to parents, helping them navigate the resources available for their child.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar or related field and strong communication skills.Parking: ProvidedHoursFull-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmLocationHonolulu, OahuWaianae, OahuPay$20 an hourResponsibilitiesProvide personalized consultation and support to parents of children with disabilities.Develop and implement effective strategies to assist parents in managing their family dynamics.Facilitate workshops and group sessions on parenting skills and family management.Maintain accurate records of consultations and follow-up actions.Stay updated on the latest research and trends in parenting and family support.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role or related field.Proficiency in relevant software applications.Strong understanding of family dynamics and child development.Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.Strong analytical and organizational skills.Ability to travel inter-island as needed.Ability to multitask and problem-solve.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
