Position Overview The Assistant Store Manager assists in supervising a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers looking and feeling their best. The role involves leading sales initiatives, executing standard operating procedures, and fostering a positive team atmosphere. Responsibilities Supervise and support the store team. Interact with customers to enhance their experience. Strategize to achieve team sales goals. Execute SOPs, including opening and closing the store. Train and direct team members.
