7+ years of experience filling the role of Product Owner role in either Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework methodologies or direct business experience with HR processes and/or HR systems.
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and process
Strong requirements elicitation, gathering, and documentation skills, at business, functional, and technical levels
Experience in filling the role of Product Owner role in either Scrum or Scaled Agile Framework methodologies preferred
5+ years of hands-on project experience in the design, configuration/development and delivery of Finance business process solutions using SAP (ECC or S/4 HANA) or SAAS applications
HR and Finance project management experience
Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Management knowledge
Skill - Mandatory - Proficiency Level (1-5)
Product Owner - Must have - 4
Project management and business analyst. - Must have - 4
JIRA - Must have - 4
Finance and/or HR knowledge would be beneficial - Good to have - 3
