Customer Success Associate

Description Trucare is seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our team in Bermuda Dunes, CA. This full-time, on-site position within the Hospital/Health Care industry offers an entry-level opportunity to help patients and partners get the most out of our services while building a foundation for a rewarding career in healthcare. As a Customer Success Associate, you will serve as a key point of contact for clients, working to understand their needs, resolve questions, and ensure a positive experience at every stage of their relationship with Trucare. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive customer satisfaction and contribute to the continued growth of our healthcare services. We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $19.50 - $25.14 USD, along with opportunities for professional development and growth within a supportive, patient-focused organization. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely manner Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and healthcare partners Guide customers through service onboarding, processes, and available resources Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions or next steps Document customer interactions accurately in internal systems and CRM tools Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience Monitor customer feedback and share insights to support service improvements Follow healthcare compliance standards and maintain strict confidentiality of customer information Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field is a plus Entry-level experience in customer service, client support, or a healthcare setting Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong empathy and a commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered service Proficiency with CRM software and standard office productivity tools Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site team environment Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare terminology, HIPAA regulations, or medical billing processes #J-18808-Ljbffr Trucare
