The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and improve efficiency.
- Manage inventory levels, including forecasting, planning, and ordering to meet production demands.
- Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality.
- Oversee logistics, warehousing, and transportation activities to ensure smooth flow of materials.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and quality issues.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
- Implement and manage supply chain technology solutions to enhance operations.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels and reducing costs
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Certification in supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred
Bonus Qualifications
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin
- Familiarity with ERP implementation or optimization projects
