Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Healthcare

Recruit Secure, LLC is assisting our client in seeking an experienced and energetic CFO with experience in the healthcare industry. Our client is a large medical practice that provides Physicians, and Advanced Practice Providers (Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, etc.) to Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), Rehabilitation centers, and other post‑acute care settings with a focus on improving clinical outcomes.

The CFO will be a key member of the management team responsible for directing all fiscal operations of the company and for leading, managing, and building a lean financial team.

The successful candidate will have a track record of leading financial planning and reporting, cash management, contract negotiations, and budgeting, and of providing strong analytical insights to support the corporation’s initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

• BA in Accounting or Finance required; Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6-10 years of finance and accounting experience and at least 3 years in a senior management role.
• Must have strong technical and financial analytical skills, along with problem‑solving skills.
• Healthcare Industry experience preferred.
• Experience in financial reporting for multi‑state environments.
• Experience developing financial policies and mentoring financial and accounting teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
