Qualifications Motivated attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong communication skills. Some sales experience and a college degree with general business courses are helpful but not required. No capital or prior insurance experience required. Must be able to meet sales requirements and core business proficiencies. Responsibilities Develop prospects and sell Shelter insurance products. Manage your own agency and potentially recruit staff to assist with administrative duties. Maintain financial responsibilities for any unpaid bills upon departure.
