We're growing, and we're looking for a driven, personable sales professional to join us as a Solutionist.

What is a Solutionist? At our company, we don't call our sales reps "sales people" — we call them Solutionists, because that's the job: listening to homeowners, understanding their gutter and drainage problems, and presenting the right solution. You'll run company-generated and self-generated appointments, provide free estimates, and guide homeowners from first conversation to signed contract.

What You'll Do

• Run on-site sales appointments (company-provided leads plus self-generated opportunities)
• Educate homeowners on gutter, gutter guard, and drainage solutions using our proven sales process
• Provide accurate measurements and estimates using measurement tools that will be provided 
• Build and present proposals, close sales, and maintain accurate CRM records
• Follow up on estimates and maintain a healthy pipeline
• Represent the company professionally in the field and in the community

Compensation & Schedule

• Competitive tiered commission structure — base commission plus additive bonuses for self-generated leads, volume, and price integrity
• Top performers can earn up to 14% commission
• Full training and onboarding provided, including a structured product/pricing/process guide
• We don't currently offer PTO or traditional benefits, but you'll have flexibility to set your own availability and build a schedule that works for you.

What We're Looking For

• Prior sales experience preferred (home improvement/exterior sales a plus, but not required)
• Self-motivated, coachable, and competitive
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with a commission-based pay structure
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check
• 21 years of age 
• Willing to climb ladders and access roofs
• Willing to network on behalf of the company
