We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Bartender/Server to join our team in a member facing role for the following shifts:

Dinner shifts: Wednesday and Friday

Other shifts: Catering Events TBD

This role is essential in creating a hospitable environment, welcoming the members and ensuring their orders are taken and served in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will be hospitable, detailed, and willing to be a part of the team in a family oriented private club.

Duties:

• Greet and assist members and their guests with their drink, lunch or dinner orders, providing knowledgeable recommendations on menu items.
• Operate the POS systems for accurate order processing.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including bussing tables
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery to members.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines while handling food products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Previous experience in a club is preferred but not necessary.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality.
• A la carte and catering experience
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
