Position Summary (USA) Stocking 2 Coach, Non-Complex, Management – Sterling Heights, MI Oversee and develop store teams, drive customer service, manage financial performance, provide leadership, and ensure compliance with company policies. Responsibilities Lead and develop teams through training, coaching, and active listening. Communicate and collaborate with all associates on store operations, merchandising, and company initiatives. Implement business solutions and clear expectations to guide store operations. Model exceptional customer service following the One Best Way (OBW) service model. Resolve customer complaints and issues, provide action plans for deficiencies. Drive financial performance by reviewing P&L statements, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control. Ensure effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes. Provide supervision, hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition for hourly associates. Comply with company policies, ethics, and the Open Door Policy. Foster a workplace culture of belonging, respect the individual, and promote diversity. Act with integrity, serve customers, and strive for continuous improvement. Qualifications 2 years of college, or 1 year of retail experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience, or 2 years of general work experience plus 1 year of supervisory experience. Successful completion of required job‑related trainings and assessments. For firearms facilities: successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training. For ammunition facilities: current state issued Certificate of Eligibility may be required. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership. Completion of Live Better U programs or similar leadership certifications. General work experience supervising five or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
