Project Manager I/II/III

Overview Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a Project Manager (I/II/III) who is detail-oriented and customer focused to join our Government Services department. The role will lead development and research-based government contracts from award to completion, working closely with teams of engineers, technicians, and production personnel. A customer-facing position requiring the ability to lead multifunctional projects while managing scope, schedule, and budget. US CITIZENSHIP REQUIRED Responsibilities Meet with customers and outline project details such as cost, timeline, and deliverables. Update and analyze schedules and budgets for multifunctional projects. Evaluate resource availability and manage assignments. Ensure purchase order requirements and customer specifications are met. Qualifications US citizenship. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Two years of direct experience coordinating projects. Detail-oriented and customer-focused. Excellent interpersonal skills working with people from different backgrounds and disciplines. Interest in growing career through challenging work. Desire to help make electric power safer, more reliable, and economical. Experience in product development projects. Location Pullman, WA – SEL corporate office located in Eastern Washington.
