Shift Supervisor – Job Overview As a Shift Supervisor at Joe & The Juice, you help keep the heartbeat of the store alive. You will lead the shift, ensure smooth operations, delegate tasks, support team growth, and maintain high standards and guest experience. Key Responsibilities – What you’ll do: Daily Operations : Ensure the Daily Concept Workflow (DCWF) is followed by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and providing feedback. Cleanliness & Standards : Supervise and delegate daily checklists, keep the store clean, safe, and up to Pink Standards, and report any issues. Team Training : Support new juicers with the global training mantra: Knowledge – Training – Practice – Validation, helping them become confident. Guest Experience : Lead by example to create warm, memorable interactions and handle in‑store feedback in a guest‑first manner. Sales Focus : Monitor commercial targets throughout the shift, manage deliveries, report accurately, and guide the team to support sales performance. Key Qualifications – What experience you’ll add to the team 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team‑lead role. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to stay calm and lead under pressure. Passion for people, service, and personal growth. A proactive, hands‑on approach with a team‑first mindset. Physical Requirements Must be able to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to lift between 10 and 20 lbs. Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements.
