Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: This role will be responsible for leading a team of hourly and salaried employees at the facility, including but not limited to: Support preventative maintenance programs for facilities Comply with master licensing and site permit requirements Implement and maintain all site plant engineering equipment Coordinate safe bulk unloads Preventative maintenance Manage mechanical/civil engineering projects Ensure compliance with environmental requirements, including waste management, recycling, and wastewater treatment Comply with combustion safety and arc flash training and reporting requirements Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree Two (2) years of operations experience in a leadership role Manufacturing experience Regulated experience, PSM, FDA, etc. Six Sigma Blackbelt Background in Lean Manufacturing Experience with Greenfield / Startup Sites Compensation Salary will be in the $120-150k range plus bonus #J-18808-Ljbffr
