Virtual Sales Associate

Supporting multiple Territory Sales Representatives, the part-time Virtual Sales Associate will manage inbound leads, qualify sales opportunities, and assist with transactional accounts while working remotely. Key responsibilities Receive and qualify inbound leads from small and mid-market accounts, conducting initial discovery to understand customer needs Progress smaller, transactional opportunities through the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records in CRM Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned prospects, providing timely responses and ensuring a professional customer experience Required qualifications 1-3 years of experience in account management, business development, or customer operations Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales pipelines Experience with inbound lead management or inside sales Ability to support multiple sales representatives and manage various opportunities Familiarity with selling to small or mid-market customers
