Requirements - Current Michigan RN License in good standing - 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required - Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers - Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated - Ability to adapt to patient’s status and needs on a on call basis Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in providing compassionate hospice care, including triaging patient calls, conducting field visits, and performing admissions. Holds a current Michigan RN License and possesses the ability to adapt to patients' needs on an on-call basis.
