As an Sales and Marketing Representative, you will help customers better understand available products and services while representing established brands in retail locations. You’ll build strong customer connections, provide helpful recommendations, and gain hands-on experience in communication, sales, and leadership.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Connect with customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience.
• Learn product offerings and confidently explain features, benefits, and promotions.
• Assist customers in selecting solutions based on their individual needs.
• Maintain a high level of customer service throughout each interaction.
• Support team goals by contributing to daily sales and performance objectives.
• Participate in team meetings, coaching sessions, and development programs.
• Represent partner brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Position Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Schedule: Full-time availability, including weekends as needed.
• Environment: This is an in-person role located within retail partner locations.

Compensation Details

Hourly Pay: $15.92-$30.00 per hour , based on experience and performance.

Employees may also earn performance-based commissions in addition to hourly compensation. Employees are guaranteed at least their hourly wages for all hours worked, including applicable overtime. If commission earnings exceed hourly wages during the applicable pay period, employees will receive the higher commission amount in accordance with applicable law.

Top-performing employees may earn $800-$2,000 per week depending on individual performance. Actual earnings vary and are not guaranteed.
