Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst

Seeking a skilled Epic Willow Inpatient Analyst for a remote contractor position, responsible for supporting inpatient pharmacy workflows, managing application support activities, and collaborating with clinical and technical teams to optimize Epic EHR solutions over a 6-month engagement. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary subject matter expert for Epic Willow Inpatient, ensuring operational stability and supporting pharmacy application workflows Manage daily application support activities, including incident resolution and adherence to service level agreements Build and optimize inpatient pharmacy configurations and support medication billing workflows to enhance clinical quality and safety Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Healthcare Informatics, Pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent work experience Active and current Epic Willow Ambulatory certification required Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting Epic applications in a healthcare IT environment Hands-on experience with Epic Willow Ambulatory configuration and support Proven experience managing day-to-day EHR application support, including incident resolution
