We're first-time parents looking for a caring, dependable nanny to be a steady daytime presence for our son while we're at work. We value warmth, reliability, and open communication. Our home is in Rockford, and we want a nanny who treats his care and safety as the top priority. About the role: He'll be about 4-5 months old when you start. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Your day centers on him: keeping him fed, rested, engaged, and safe, and keeping us informed. Responsibilities:

• Feeding on a schedule we set: bottles, plus warming and light prep of solids as he begins eating
• Managing naps and his daily sleep routine
• Age-appropriate play and developmental activity
• Diapering and general infant care
• Light housekeeping tied to him: washing bottles, his laundry, tidying his areas
• Daily updates to us through a log or app
• Occasional driving for appointments or outings (reliable vehicle and clean record a plus)
• Cat awareness: we have an indoor cat who mostly hides. We need care entering and exiting the home so he doesn't get out.

What we're looking for:

• Prior infant care experience with references we can contact
• Current CPR and first aid certification
• Willingness to pass a background check
• Comfortable around a cat
• Dependable, punctual, and a strong communicator
