Billing Clerk We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Clerk. This position is responsible for preparing invoices, processing billing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with account reconciliation. Responsibilities Prepare and issue invoices Verify billing accuracy and resolve discrepancies Maintain customer billing records Process payments, credits, and adjustments Assist with collections and follow up on outstanding invoices Support the accounting department as needed Qualifications Previous billing or accounting experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data entry Excellent communication skills Experience with billing/accounting software is a plus $16/hr to start.
