This role is responsible for guiding customers through the pre-owned vehicle purchasing process, ensuring a positive and informative experience from initial contact to vehicle delivery. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of the automotive market, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.Compensation Range: $60,000 – $100,000 annuallyJob Responsibilities:*** Proactively engage with customers to identify their vehicle needs and preferences.* Conduct thorough vehicle presentations, highlighting features, benefits, and competitive advantages of pre-owned inventory.* Accurately appraise trade-in vehicles and negotiate fair purchase prices.* Facilitate test drives and provide detailed explanations of vehicle performance and safety features.* Assist customers with financing options and complete all necessary sales documentation.* Maintain comprehensive knowledge of current pre-owned inventory, pricing, and promotions.* Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships, fostering repeat business and referrals.* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.* Continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques through ongoing training and professional development.* Collaborate effectively with other dealership departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.Job Qualifications:*** Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.* Strong negotiation and closing skills.* Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technologies.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.* Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.* High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.* A strong commitment to customer satisfaction and ethical business practices.* Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
