Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Experience or strong interest in school-based practice
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and connect with students, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students of varying ages and backgrounds
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing diverse communication needs
• Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both individually and in groups, fostering student growth
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student progress
• Contribute to IEP development, progress reporting, and documentation in compliance with school policies
• Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance your practice
