Registered Nurse (RN) Neuro/Stroke PCU Southwest Florida

COMPENSATION:  Earn up to $50/hr (non-critical care) or $55/hr (critical care) (based on years of RN experience)
Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:  $30.27 $40.86 / hour
Incentives:  Hiring incentives available + $10,000 relocation  + $1,800 housing allowance for 3 months Role Description:

Role:

• Department:  Neuro PCU / Neuro Stroke
• Work Type:  Full Time
• Shift:  Days and Nights 12-hour shifts
• Schedule/Hours:  40 hours/week
• Start Date:  Jul 13, 2026
• Core Responsibilities:  Responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and achievement of desired outcomes.

Incentives / Relocation:

• Relocation: $10,000 relocation available
• Housing Allowance: $1,800/month for 3 months (total $5,400)

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing required; Associates or Bachelors preferred
• Experience: Must have at least 1 year of recent acute care experience (department requirements may vary)
  • PCU/Neuro: 1+ year recent hospital bedside experience required
  • Womens Services / Endo / OR / PICU: 2+ years experience required
  • Less than 2 years RN experience: receives 50% of hiring incentives
• Certifications: Proof of AHA BLS (current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date; may vary by department)
• License: Currently licensed in the State of Florida
• Other: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required
