Personal Care Attendant PACE

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT * Practice Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. * No Weekends, Evenings, or Holidays * Respond to participant needs and direct the inquiry to the appropriate party. * Maintain inventory supplies, set-up of the care environment, and physically assist PACE participants. * Deliver care in multiple settings, including in the home, the day center, the clinic or in transportation. QUALIFICATIONS * High School Diploma/GED- Required * 1 Year- Prior experience working with frail/elderly population- Required * 1 Year- Healthcare experience as a patient care technician or similar position- Preferred * Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association- Required * Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)- State Licensing Board - Required OR * Health Unit Coordinator (HUC) - Required OR * Franciscan Patient Care Assistant Program (FPCAP) - Required TRAVEL IS REQUIRED: Up to 75% EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER It is the policy of Franciscan Alliance to provide equal employment to its employees and qualified applicants for employment as otherwise required by an applicable local, state or Federal law.
