We are seeking a creative and high-performing Franchise Marketing Manager to support our marketing team's effectiveness and enhance our franchise communities' local marketing efforts. With over 600 franchise businesses worldwide, building strong local brand awareness is essential to our impact. This role balances day-to-day franchisee support, project management, and marketing execution. Key Responsibilities 1. Franchise Marketing Support Serve as the primary point of contact for Franchise Partners. Support the rollout of marketing initiatives, tools, and campaigns. Help Franchise Partners adapt national campaigns for local markets. Assist partners in utilizing brand marketing tools and templates. 2. Local Campaign Execution & Digital Marketing Support Develop and maintain local marketing calendars. Research and support local-level partnerships and promotional opportunities. Create and update marketing playbooks and training materials. Guide partners on digital marketing, including social media, paid ads, and local listings. Capture photo and video content for marketing channels. 3. Marketing Team Project Management & Operations Provide project management for external marketing requests. Maintain visibility into project workloads and communicate timelines. Act as a liaison between the Marketing team and other departments. Ensure Franchise Partner needs are addressed in collaboration with Operations. 4. Franchise Level Marketing SME Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all franchisees. Train the franchise community on campaign execution and brand compliance. Stay informed on best practices in youth sports and franchising. Improve tools and processes based on network feedback. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in marketing, franchise support, or account management. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Strongly Preferred: Experience in a multi-location/franchise environment, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and SQL knowledge. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to capture basic photo/video content for social media. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Additional Information Compensation: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
