This role carries full project ownership from concept through construction, with responsibility for technical quality, client relationships, schedule, and budget. The position also includes a mentorship component, contributing to the growth of junior and mid-level engineering staff.Schedule: Full-time, Monday through FridayCompensation:$110,000 to $135,000 per year, commensurate with experienceWhat You'll DoIn this role, you will lead civil engineering design and analysis for land development projects spanning commercial, institutional, industrial, and federal clients, including both new construction and work on existing facilities. Project scopes will involve site grading, stormwater management, utility coordination, and related civil infrastructure, with deliverables prepared in AutoCAD Civil 3D.You will manage project schedules and budgets, serve as the primary client contact throughout the project lifecycle, and coordinate across multidisciplinary teams that include architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines at project sites nationwide.
