Reporting Analyst 3Red Pulley Technology Solutions is seeking a Reporting Analyst 3 to support a federal Health IT modernization initiative for the Department of Homeland Security's Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Health Services Corps (IHSC). This role performs recurring and ad hoc reporting, dashboard development, report validation, data analysis, reporting-process management, and reporting documentation supporting IHSC's operational, clinical, program, and management information needs. All configuration and development activities are performed within authorized Government-managed platforms and environments, subject to Government oversight.Location: Washington, DC Metro Area (Remote), with occasional onsite work required by GovernmentClearance: Public Trust - Preliminary and Complete Fitness Determination RequiredEmployment Type: Full-TimeStatus: Contingent Upon Contract AwardMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in reporting, dashboard development, business intelligence, data analysis, or related functionsProficiency with reporting, visualization, spreadsheet, database-query, and business-intelligence technologies (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)Knowledge of reporting design, data validation, metrics development, and data-quality principlesAbility to translate reporting requirements into accurate and usable reports and dashboardsStrong analytical, documentation, troubleshooting, and communication skillsU.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent ResidentLegal authorization to work in the U.S.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, update, and validate recurring and ad hoc reports, dashboards, scorecards, and related reporting productsGather and document reporting requirements, measures, calculations, definitions, filters, business rules, and data sourcesExtract, analyze, reconcile, and validate data used in reports and dashboardsConduct data-quality checks and investigate reporting discrepancies, anomalies, missing data, or inconsistenciesDevelop and maintain report catalogs, report documentation, data definitions, calculation methodologies, and reporting proceduresAnalyze reporting trends and variances and communicate significant findings to stakeholdersAutomate or streamline approved reporting processes within authorized Government-managed environmentsDocument requirements and support testing, validation, and user feedback for Government-approved enhancements to reporting tools and processesCoordinate with Data Analysts, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to resolve data and reporting issuesPerform reporting-quality reviews and validate reports/dashboards for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and traceability before releaseCompile and organize data and prepare draft supporting analyses for audits, reviews, and executive/external inquiries (Government officials retain responsibility for approving and issuing official responses)Maintain required reporting records and documentation in authorized Government repositoriesPreferred Qualifications:Experience with healthcare, Health IT, clinical, operational, or Federal reporting environmentsExisting federal security clearance or public trust determinationExperience supporting EHR-generated data or federal health program reportingFamiliarity with Government-managed reporting environments and change-control/approval workflowsBenefits:At Red Pulley Technology Solutions, we invest in our people so they can deliver exceptional results in support of critical missions.
