Marketing Analytics Manager (Customer and Campaign Analytics), Corporate (Las Vegas)

The Manager of Marketing Analytics plays a leadership role in executing Caesars Entertainment’s Strategic Analytics department mission of providing world‑class analytical support, delivering insights that drive profit, and being a reliable business partner for all operational areas including Gaming, Marketing/Operations, and Hospitality. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and analytics, helping drive data‑informed decisions across customer offers, campaign performance, and loyalty strategy. You’ll partner closely with marketing leaders to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and deliver insights that directly impact revenue and customer engagement, improving marketing effectiveness and driving measurable business results. The position is based at our corporate office in Las Vegas, NV and follows a hybrid work schedule. Responsibilities Build productive business relationships with senior leaders, leveraging these to develop and refine analysis requests, identify business opportunities, and drive realization of opportunity through analytics and creative solutions. Help junior analysts prioritize analyses based on business/profit impact. Conduct and oversee rigorous analytics that improve profitability, operational processes, and customer service with minimal guidance, e.g., identifying revenue growth opportunities, resource optimization, investment mix, market dynamics, customer behavior, and pricing optimization. Ensure analyses conducted by junior analysts are rigorous and accurate. Distill vast datasets into actionable insights and recommendations for senior management, developing presentation materials that synthesize analyses and communicating findings clearly, concisely, and compellingly in both verbal and written formats. Assist junior analysts in structuring and executing analytics and in developing presentation materials appropriate for senior management clients. Drive discussions with senior clients and develop, implement, and evaluate strategic projects. Design and deliver reporting for operating departments to provide senior leaders visibility into trends and business performance drivers. Use technology (SQL, R, Tableau, Google BigQuery, Python) to develop analytics and reporting tools; lead integration of new technologies and tools into the department’s processes. Work as a change agent to identify and execute improvements that drive material efficiencies in processes and reporting. Lead and/or contribute to large‑scale cross‑Analytics team projects. Drive training, onboarding, and development of junior analysts in technical skills, tools, and processes; help them develop critical thinking, analytical techniques, and business acumen. Qualifications Must be 21 years of age or older. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college. 3+ years of professional work (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated business acumen for the casino industry; can articulate the fundamental drivers of business performance. Very strong quantitative and analytical skills, with a track record of driving measurable business outcomes through well‑structured and communicated analyses. Advanced skills in SQL and ideally one or more of the following programming languages: R, VBA, SAS, Python, and experience with Google BigQuery. Experience leading projects with web‑based data visualization tools such as Tableau or MicroStrategy. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Additional Requirements Exceptional critical thinking, problem‑solving, and written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable articulating complex information and analyses to a variety of audiences and influencing decisions and strategies. Strong interpersonal, communication, and consensus‑building skills; able to develop and manage relationships with senior stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize work for junior analysts, and meet deadlines while consistently delivering accurate and high‑quality work. Demonstrated leadership skills including project management, time management, coaching, and innovation; ability to motivate the team and promote teamwork.
