Senior Accountant

Job Summary: Redi.Health is looking for a Senior Accountant to support the Controller and CFO in scaling our accounting and finance function as a high-growth healthcare technology company. This is a hands‑on hybrid role, split between owning core month‑end accounting processes and supporting forward‑looking finance work like forecasting and P&L reporting. You'll partner closely with the Controller, CFO, and cross‑functional teams to keep our financial reporting accurate, timely, and audit‑ready as we grow. Essential Functions & Duties Accounting & Close Lead the monthly close process end‑to‑end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with US GAAP across revenue recognition, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and accounts payable Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain supporting schedules (fixed assets, prepaids, accruals) Support proper revenue recognition in accordance with ASC 606, including deferred revenue schedules Own daily cash management, including bank transaction matching, sources and uses tracking, and covenant/compliance monitoring to ensure accurate real‑time cash visibility Controls & Compliance Assist the Controller in implementing and maintaining internal controls and accounting policies Assist with external audits and other regulatory compliance requirements, including documentation and PBC list management Support income tax and sales tax compliance activities as needed Finance & Reporting Assist in forecasting and enhancing program P&L reporting Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles, including budget-vs-actual variance analysis Provide ad hoc financial analysis to support leadership decision-making Systems & Process Improvement Support ERP system optimization and transition Apply AI-assisted tools to automate and streamline tasks Drive continuous process improvements and automation initiatives to support scalability Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3–5 years of progressive accounting/finance experience; Strong command of US GAAP, particularly revenue recognition (ASC 606) Experience with ERP systems and process automation tools Benefits & Perks You will have immediate impact from day one.
