Manager, Integration Engineering

Overview Brunswick, a global marine leader, seeks a Design Engineering Manager to lead the Integrated Solutions engineering function within the Navico Group. The role focuses on design, integration, and implementation of connected marine systems across our product portfolio. Essential Functions Lead and develop a high‑performing engineering team focused on design, integration, and implementation. Ensure engineering outputs meet defined standards, integration requirements, and quality expectations. Drive scalable, repeatable solutions across new integrations and existing products. Partner closely with Product, Operations, Sales, and Service to deliver seamless end‑to‑end solutions. Own and improve engineering processes, including change management and design governance. Balance customer needs with internal standards to deliver practical, supportable, and scalable solutions. Champion continuous improvement, efficiency, and strong technical discipline across the function. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related) or equivalent experience. 5+ years of design engineering experience. Proven experience leading engineering teams or technical functions. Strong technical judgment with the ability to apply engineering and integration standards effectively. Excellent communication skills, comfortable translating complex concepts to technical and non‑technical audiences. Practical, solutions‑focused mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities. Nice to Have Marine industry experience. NMEA2000 or ABYC certification. Compensation and Benefits Pay: $103,000–$144,000 annually (based on qualifications, experience, business needs, and geography).
