It Support Analyst

Our client is looking to hire a IT Support Technician. This is a great opportunity to work for a smaller company and evolve into a more technical role. This role will troubleshoot hardware and software related issues. In this role, this person will be providing support to providers/physicians, patients (for portal or technical issues), and manufacturer program teams
Technical Investigation
*Review application logs
*Validate workflow status
*Investigate API failures
*Review interface queues
*Validate data conversions
*Troubleshoot fax, SMS, email, and file processing
*Investigate provider portal issues
Customer Support
*Support providers/physicians
*Support patients (for portal or technical issues)
*Support manufacturer program teams
*Coordinate with specialty pharmacies
*Work with integration partners
Vendor Coordination
*Open and manage tickets with your development partner
*Coordinate releases
*Validate fixes
*Track SLAs
*Escalate production issues

This is a Contract position based out of Canonsburg, PA.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
