It Support Analyst

Our client is looking to hire a IT Support Technician. This is a great opportunity to work for a smaller company and evolve into a more technical role. This role will troubleshoot hardware and software related issues. In this role, this person will be providing support to providers/physicians, patients (for portal or technical issues), and manufacturer program teams Technical Investigation * Review application logs * Validate workflow status * Investigate API failures * Review interface queues * Validate data conversions * Troubleshoot fax, SMS, email, and file processing * Investigate provider portal issues Customer Support * Support providers/physicians * Support patients (for portal or technical issues) * Support manufacturer program teams * Coordinate with specialty pharmacies * Work with integration partners Vendor Coordination * Open and manage tickets with your development partner * Coordinate releases * Validate fixes * Track SLAs * Escalate production issues *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Canonsburg, PA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
