Banking Call Center Representative

Overview A-Line Staffing is now hiring Banking Call Center Representative in Lincoln, RI. The Banking Call Center Representative would be working for a Fortune 500 financial institution and has career growth potential. This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week). Compensation & Benefits Pay: $26.00 per hour. Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and additional employee perks. Highlights Schedule: Tuesday – Friday 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Location: Lincoln, RI Full-time opportunity with growth potential at a leading financial institution In-office environment with collaborative team culture Responsibilities Assist clients through inbound calls regarding credit products, short-term lending, and general banking needs Identify customer financial goals and recommend banking products, services, and solutions Support card servicing inquiries and provide customized account solutions Cross-sell and upsell products including credit cards, checking accounts, savings accounts, and lending solutions Build strong customer relationships through active listening, rapport building, and problem resolution Refer clients to licensed sales or specialty banking partners when appropriate Manage risk and ensure compliance with banking regulations and company policies Maintain high-quality customer service standards in a fast-paced call center environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Minimum 2 years of call center and/or banking experience preferred Experience with inbound customer service or financial services environments preferred Sales, cross-selling, upselling, or referral experience strongly preferred Intermediate computer proficiency required Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Ability to work weekends and scheduled holidays as needed Comfortable receiving coaching, feedback, and adapting to process changes How to Apply If you think this Banking Call Center Representative position is a good fit for you, please reach out to Lindsay at View phone number on click.appcast.io or View email address on click.appcast.io with your resume. #J-18808-Ljbffr
