What You’ll Be Doing (Wearing "Multiple Hats")

Warehouse & Logistics (Physical Operations)

• Packing & Shipping: Carefully pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Receiving & Unloading: Receive incoming shipments, verify physical contents against packing slips, and stock items safely in their proper locations.
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure accurate parts and service items are ready for technicians, deliveries, or counter pickup.

Inventory Control & Purchasing (Administrative Operations)

• Inventory Accuracy: Track stock levels, perform periodic cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies using MS Excel.
• Purchasing Support: Reorder routine inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and keep purchasing logs up to date.
• Customer Counter & Communications: Handle occasional walk-in customer counter needs and respond professionally to vendor and internal emails.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or inventory management.
• Computer Skills: Comfortable using Microsoft Office daily—specifically working with Excel spreadsheets for inventory records, drafting documents in Word , and maintaining professional Email correspondence.
• Reliable & Detail-Oriented: You take pride in neat workspace management, precise inventory numbers, and error-free shipments.
• Small-Team Mindset: You enjoy working side-by-side with a small team, willing to jump in wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly.
• Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting, bending, packing, and standing for extended periods of physical warehouse work.
