Booking Agent - Experiential Marketing & Events

Do you have a passion for marketing and events? The PUSH Agency is seeking an organized, driven, and innovative Talent Booking Agent for a remote position! PUSH is the nation's largest experiential marketing event staffing company in North America, offering an unrivaled company culture with tons of room to innovate and grow. If your skills align and you’re interested in joining one of Arizona’s most fun and fast-growing agencies. Full-time position that requires a 40-hour workweek. This is a home-based position. Shift is from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Arizona Time, with open availability outside of office hours to respond to clients and talent members when needed. Book and Manage Talent: Source and secure the best promotional staff for events nationwide. Coordinate and confirm bookings, manage schedules, and ensure talent is prepped and ready for each assignment. Client & Talent Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with both our internal teams and our talent pool. You’ll be the point of contact, ensuring clear communication and smooth coordination at all stages of the process. Post-Event Evaluation: After each event, evaluate the performance of staff, process feedback, and ensure all paperwork is in order. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements People-Centric: You thrive on connecting with people and providing an exceptional experience for clients and talent alike. Organized & Detail-Oriented: You have excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple bookings and tasks at once; nothing slips through the cracks. Adaptable & Agile: You excel in a fast-paced environment and are able to pivot quickly to handle last-minute changes, unexpected challenges, and shifting priorities. Team Player & Independent Worker: You’re able to work autonomously but also collaborate effectively with others to achieve the best results for the company and clients. Excellent Communicator: Strong communication skills are essential. You’re clear, professional, and responsive, whether you’re sending an email, picking up the phone, or texting. Event Experience: While not required, previous experience in event management, recruitment, or talent booking is a plus. Qualifications and Required Skills Bachelor's degree or higher is strongly preferred. 1–3 years of booking, events, or marketing experience. Effective communication with colleagues in a diverse, positive, culture-centered work environment. Capacity to handle multiple projects, deadlines, and complex tasks in a fast-paced setting, along with attention to detail, time management, persistence, and follow-through. Excellent computer skills using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent problem-solving skills. Comfortable talking on the phone and able to carry on a business conversation with decision-makers.
