Staffing Specialist

Join Wood Personnel Services, Inc. as a Staffing Specialist, where you will primarily lead our recruitment initiatives for light industrial positions in the Lebanon, TN area. This role is ideal for someone focused on delivering top-notch staffing solutions, with the ability to work with external clientele to meet their staffing and recruiting needs. Medical, Dental, Vision with significant company contributions to cost 3 weeks PTO (Sick and Vacation) upon completion of first 90 days of employment 401k with match Company paid: AD&D, long-term disability and life insurance Supplemental medical benefit programs Supportive work environment and culture Staffing Specialist Skills and Qualifications: At least two years of experience in recruiting, especially in the light industrial sector, preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) Experience interviewing, onboarding, leading new start orientations, interacting with clients preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective interactions with candidates and clients Ability to effectively multitask and thrive in a high-functioning office environment Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred but not required Staffing Specialist Duties and Responsibilities: Oversee the full recruitment cycle for temporary roles in the light industrial sector, ensuring that candidate qualifications align with client requirements Conduct candidate screenings and interviews, and manage comprehensive orientations, candidate starts, call outs, termination, etc. to ensure candidates are properly supported throughout their employment Adapt to flexible recruitment strategies to adapt to market changes and client demands effectively Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and soliciting feedback on placements, thereby subtly managing account relationships Keep accurate records of all recruitment activities to maintain the integrity and transparency of the staffing process Participate in networking and professional development events to maintain industry knowledge and promote the services of Wood Personnel Services, Inc.
