Work Environment\nThis role provides a flexible remote work setting with a focus on outpatient therapy. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs, including interviewing clients, administering diagnostic tools, and evaluating psychosocial factors. \n
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that set clear therapeutic goals aligned with each client's unique challenges and aspirations. \n
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, ensuring clients feel supported and understood throughout their therapeutic journeys. \n
- Utilize teletherapy platforms to conduct virtual therapy sessions, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards while delivering care remotely. \n
- Document all client interactions accurately and comprehensively, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and best practices in mental health care. \n
- Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and stay informed about the latest trends in mental health therapy. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia. \n
- A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution. \n
- Demonstrated ability to establish rapport with clients through effective communication and strong interpersonal skills. \n
- A nonjudgmental approach with empathy and compassion toward clients’ experiences and struggles. \n
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to efficiently manage caseload, appointments, and administrative responsibilities. \n

- Prior experience in a private practice setting is preferred, but we welcome applicants from diverse clinical backgrounds. \n
- Experience working with specific populations such as children, couples, or individuals facing substance use issues will be beneficial. \n
- A strong understanding of systemic therapy approaches and family dynamics. \n
